The Kernow Values were developed in consultation with every permanent member of our Kernow Family. They reflect who we are and the way that we do things at Kernow.

We are very proud that 3 of our 5 values are direct quotes from staff! Our values underpin everything we do. They represent our approach to delivering a service, invocation and technology and importantly our people and culture. They also underpin our approach to recruitment, performance and staff recognition.
